Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the DuLa mobile application ("DuLa", "the app", "we") collects, uses, and protects your information. By using DuLa you agree to this policy.
1. Data controller
DuLa is operated by an individual developer, Eldiiar Almazbekov (Kyrgyzstan). For any privacy request, contact: eldiiaralmazbekov@gmail.com or +996 990 039 301 (WhatsApp / Telegram / phone).
2. Data we collect
We collect only the data needed to run the service:
- Account data: name, email address, phone number, role (owner or manager).
- Usage data: venues, tables, sessions (start/stop time, duration, price, discounts) and revenue reports you create in the app.
- Diagnostics: crash reports and basic usage analytics via Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics, to keep the app stable.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or special-category personal data.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Provide and operate the table-management and reporting features (performance of a contract).
- Authenticate users and secure accounts (legitimate interest).
- Diagnose crashes and improve reliability (legitimate interest).
- Handle subscription and support requests (performance of a contract).
4. No sale, no advertising
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising or profiling.
5. Third parties
We share data only with infrastructure providers strictly needed to run DuLa: Google Firebase (crash reporting and analytics) and our API hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
6. Data retention
- Owner account: when an owner deletes their account, the account and all related venue, table, session and report data are deleted immediately and permanently.
- Manager account: when a manager deletes their account, the account is removed, but the sessions and report records the manager generated are kept so the owner's analytics remain intact. Those records are deleted when the owner deletes them or deletes the owner account.
- Backup copies are fully purged within 30 days.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account directly in the app — see the Account Deletion page. For any other request, contact us using the details in section 1.
8. Children
DuLa is a business tool intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. International data transfer
Our infrastructure providers may process data on servers outside Kyrgyzstan. Where this happens, we rely on the providers' standard safeguards.
10. Legal framework
We handle personal data in line with the personal data protection legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and apply GDPR-style rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) to all users.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version; material changes will be announced in the app.
