Account & Data Deletion
You can permanently delete your DuLa account and associated data directly from inside the app, at any time. No email or web form is required.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open the DuLa app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab (bottom-right of the screen).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account”.
- A confirmation sheet appears: “Delete account? All data, sessions and settings will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.”
- Tap “Delete forever” to confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
What gets deleted
Owner accounts
When an owner deletes their account, the account and all related data — venues, tables, sessions, revenue and reports — are deleted immediately and permanently. This action cannot be undone.
Manager accounts
When a manager deletes their account, the account is removed and the manager can no longer sign in. The sessions and report records the manager created are kept so the owner's business analytics remain accurate. Those records are deleted when the owner deletes them or deletes the owner account.
Backup copies are fully purged within 30 days of deletion.
Can't access the app?
If you cannot sign in (lost device, forgotten credentials), send a deletion request from your registered email to eldiiaralmazbekov@gmail.com, or contact +996 990 039 301 (WhatsApp / Telegram). We will verify your identity and delete the account within 30 days.
